Heidi in service was very personable. From the first call, to picking up my vehicle she was kind, informative, and prepared. I was disappointed when my brand new vehicle was leaking transmission fluid. The Badger service team kept us informed what was happening and was honest about the wait for the parts to come in. I got the car back quicker than expected, everything explained about the work that was done, and they even had the car washed! I didn’t get the vehicle at this dealership but I’ll be taking it here for all my service needs!

My friend Cindy was in the market for a specific make and model 4wd used truck and after searching online found just what she was looking for at Badger Chevrolet in Lake Mills. It was a beautiful drive to their location but what set Badger apart from other dealers, at least from our prospective, was that from the moment we entered their building we felt as if a part of their family. So friendly, open and honest, and priced right. Would highly recommend anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle to check them out, were glad we did!

I had the pleasure of meeting Jakob L at Badger Chevrolet Buick today. Stopped in and asked it someone would be able to check my tire pressure of my Chevrolet. Even though I did not purchase my vehicle from this Chevrolet dealership, Jakob informed me that he would be able to do so with no problem.

As he and a technician - Hunter - were doing this they also checked my oil level, which I was more than impressed with!

I quickly noticed that this dealership had several newly arrived vehicles… See pictures for variety and selection.

When discussing my positive experience and impression with my entire quick visit…Jakob proudly (and understandably so) exclaims that Badger Chevrolet had received 2019 business of the year award… had been taken over by new management approximately two years ago …And that before the end of the year this location plans to build an expansion for a larger service area and offices.

I very much regard this business interaction as a stellar experience…I would highly recommend them for any and all vehicle sales and/or repair.

It all comes down to this…if a person is going to spend money on purchasing a vehicle and/or maintaining a vehicle…why not feel good about the experience from arrival to departure.
I can wholeheartedly say that this would be the place to feel great during the whole process!

The people that work at this dealership and service center are great! I had my car towed to their dealership to be looked and it was communicated to me constantly the timeline they would be able to look at it and when they knew the problem. When I had to get a new vehicle, Jake was great at talking through the vehicle options, answering my questions, and giving me time to make decisions and have my grandfather come look at the car with me again the next day. They helped me find a great price, talk through all the paperwork with me, show me how to use all the new features on the new car, and set up my bluetooth & Apple Carplay before leaving the lot. I felt like I was talking with a friend versus being talked down to like I have had in the past. After this purchase, I am happy to go back to this dealership independently without the need for advice from my brother or grandfather and refer others to go there as well. I didn't feel like they were trying to swindle me or trick me into buying something. Thank you Jake and all the others at Badger Chevrolet!
