The overall experience working with Bonnie was a perfect example of how a customer should be treated. Bonnie was technically impressive and gave me the information about switching to Verizon I needed to make an informed choice. She was also very patient when I asked questions and made me feel I could trust her to get me the best deal without the hard sell that had turned me off to representatives of other major carriers. I wish more representatives were like her. She was simply quite outstanding.

Our rep, Bonnie, was so helpful, bubbly and enthusiastic about Verizon one could hardly say no to her. Her soft sell approach made us willing to listen even tho we didn't think we wanted to make a change. We had been with Verizon before for almost 20 years . But after listening to her information, our decision was easy to make. She accommodated our every need making the transfer the easiest switching of carriers we have ever experienced. She solicited the help from Verizon customer service, Erica, in calling Spectrum to release our transfer numbers which we were having difficulty getting. Erica was able to secure these numbers quickly and have us transferred in minutes. A special thank you to Erica and an extra special thank you to Bonnie for all she did to make this experience so enjoyable and painless.

I spoke to Bonnie, a Verizon wireless service rep and she explained that their service is capped at capacity at this time. The speed test showed while I am paying for 300megabits service I am barely getting 20 mbs. from Spectrum.Needless to say I will consider switching when service is available. Bonnie was very knowledgeable and helpful.

The step by step walkthrough made it more easy to try the Verizon services being offered - especially considering I’m normally pretty closed off to door-to-door sales.
