I needed a last minute consultation on an estate matter regarding tax filings. I called and the very pleasant secretary said their calendar was full but she'd see if they could fit me in. True to her word she got back to me promptly and gave me a slot the next day. We arrived a little early to find Ken waiting for us - we were the only ones there and I suspect he had extended his day for us. Ken was very pleasant and his informal but professional approach made us feel at ease. He answered all of my questions clearly. I left feeling confident that I knew how to proceed. Thanks.

We came here to have our taxes done after our CPA didn't do ours correctly. It was a great experience! Christopher really spent a lot of time with us looking at our situation and trying to figure out what write-offs we qualified for. We actually saved several thousand dollars after he re-did our return. He always responded to our questions promptly and was ok taking the time to explain everything to us (we are not tax people). We will definitely be using him again this year!
