Someone I am close with has been trying to schedule an appointment with Avenues Counseling for weeks now. After finally getting a session with one of their therapists, they've been ghosted after following-up for another session. They were told to call to schedule another appointment, but the office has never returned any of their calls or voicemails. For an organization dealing with mental health, the least they could do is call and explain as to why they cannot continue with the sessions or schedule another. A simple phone call goes a long way...
