They are ISO(Independent Sales Organization) partnered with Clearent, LLC and I've been a loyal customer of Clearent for 8 years. Throughout being a customer with them, I've encountered various charges, including annual fees, monthly fees, and statement fees, Data Guardian fees, etc. However, there was never any disclosure or mention of an early termination fee. I closed my account by calling Clearent, but next month, I was charged with $395 for early termination fee. Clearent told me that I need to call AT BankCard which is ISO to get a refund but no one would like to take responsibility. They said that the ball is in Clearent's court and they are not able to help me. If you become their customer, you will learn later that you will be charged with $395 early termination fee no matter how long you have been their customer and you would realize that you won't be able to terminate your account unless you pay $395.
