When I was new to the area it was important to find the right place for me and my family. I found this particular company to be quite successful in their abilities. I was very excited about the help I received from Carlla Wagner and her straightforward way of thinking. She found me a beautiful home and I have been happy ever since. We were very pleased with the service we received from Asurent and Carlla while we were property owners. When it was time for us to sell we got amazing guidance from Carlla in finding a contractor and realtor. That was above and beyond what we contracted with her for but since we are not from the Red Bluff area we needed direction and she was so very helpful. With Asurent and Carlla you will be in capable hands when you do business with them.

As a property owner it is important that I to me that my investments are well cared for. Asurent Property Management does just that. I would recommend them to anyone looking for someone to manage their investments. Carlla is very knowledgeable I recommend calling her if you are not 100% happy with your current PM company or if you tired of managing your own properties.

Worst company to rent from ever. I had 2700 in deposit money for a pet and the home and I only got 700 back. They are thieves and if I had time to sue to them for the rest I would, but it’s not even worth it. I was charged for the maintance guy to fix the back sprinklers that I didn’t even know I had for two years and they charged me, when that’s the land lords job. They charged me 400 for cleaning light switches and the the stove top which literally cost $6 to replace. I have never felt so used in my life and I’m glad I bought a home to not deal with these people out there scamming money. I’m disgusted with this company and they should not be in business. I don’t know how many else are out there that didn’t get their deposit back, but I bet there are plenty. If you want your deposit back go through someone else.
