I have requested lawn care services since March and to have the door painted for going on a year. The manager at MapleCrest ignores emails or responds at her leisure. I thought the goal of an HOA was to enhance the visual appeal of the community therefore it maintained the value of the real estate. It’s obvious to me that this company doesn’t care.

I had a tree cut me in the eye and almost tripped because you have to swing back the bushes to get by.

It took over 6 months to get them to rectify trash being piled up like a dumpster all week. An invitation for rodents and unappealing.

I’m only asking that they honor the HOA agreement being paid for. I’ve been here a year and have no clue what is has been useful about having an HOA from the overcrowded pools to the lack of maintenance. The only consistency is them coming around to blow leaves away.

I purchased a home a couple months ago and have received no documentation or welcome package with instructions on how to pay my bill. I attended an HOA meeting and met the community manager. She gave me her card with contact information to send inquires too. I've sent multiple emails and voicemails but have not received a response. I've contacted the company's office number but keep being sent to voicemail. It's a strange situation to be actively trying to pay for a service that is not being done.
