Daily in the workweek Anna diligently attends to the numerous and varied duties of being the Community Manager at The Walk at East Village. She applies herself with focus on understanding the needs and wants of the community and then carrying out to completion what action, if any, needs to be done. She does her job with utmost courtesy, professionalism and good humor. Her attention to details is remarkable. She is committed to serving and assisting all the residents at The Walk consistently without fail. Each and every time I have had a question about the rules and regulations protocol of The Walk she has graciously been of assistance in her answer and if she wasn’t available and I left a message she has responded back to me in a timely manner.

My wife and I are very impressed with the management of The Walk at East Village by Associated Asset Management (AAM, LLC). Our Community Manager, Ana Franks, is most attentive to the needs of all of our residents. She is doing a fantastic job of improving the aesthetic appeal of our community, especially by managing the performance of our contract landscape firm. Ana makes frequent walks through the community to make sure that all rules are complied with, showing no partiality at all. She is very approachable and is very friendly. She attends promptly to any questions or inquiries. Through the years, we have lived in several communities with Homeowner Associations and this is the best managed of them all under the direction of Ana Franks!! It is a joy living in The Walk at East Village!!!

The property manager, Ana Franks, is professional but friendly, she listens to complaints and comes up with solutions, always with a smile. She responds too questions. She and AAM as a whole are very good about communicating information from the Board. Ana comes up with innovative, fun ideas for social gatherings. I love where I live and imagine it could be lot different if we didn't have Ana Franks and AAM. Honestly, she is a breath of fresh air.

The Walk at East Village, Clayton, NC is one in a million. It is a community the helps one another, enjoys the company of its homeowners, and has developed into a sharing and entertaining small community. This type of atmosphere has been further developed due to the new community manager here, Ana Franks. She listens to us, takes our opinions into consideration and is willing to help whenever possible. We may be a 55 plus community, but we have numerous events that keep us hopping, a community center that is constantly active and a slew of homeowners that have further developed this atmosphere. While there have been issues with the builder, which is not unusual for newly constructed homes, The Walk is professionally managed. The Property Manager is extremely efficient,and goes above and beyond to make this community a pleasant place in which to live.
