First time using them but overall we were satisfied with the service we got. It was good fast and friendly service. They were so helpful and answered my questions. Explained what my options were and what were the waiting times for our passports. We found the price for the service reasonable for us. They set up the appointment for for us and helped us fill out the application online so we would have any issues. They also checked our papperwork for us. They did an awesome job. Just ask for Carla and Cameron they will take care of you!!

It was pretty quick! Went in there for a passport for the first time and had to fill out a form but Cameron helped me out through the whole thing! Took my picture and was ready!
I didn't have an original copy of my Birth certificate but He helped me out on where to get one!

Went in last week to renew my passport. She charged me $205 to fill out an application and take a picture. Turns out my passport was past the expiration time frame so I had to go to the post office anyways to go renew. Which is fine, I understand that part. Well I arrive at the post office just for them to tell me that the picture she took for me was too bright (the lighting was horrible and my features weren’t distinct due to the lighting) and they also said she made me smile with my teeth, which they prefer no teeth in pictures because it changes the features of your face. So the guy said he wouldn’t charge me to retake my picture since the lady who did it the first time messed up so bad. So I ended up paying the post office another $240 to renew. The guy said next time just come to them and they’ll help me fill out the application for free. It was such a waste of $200 to go to asap passport just for my picture to not even work!!! I don’t recommend this place at all. Not only that, the lady isn’t very friendly either. Don’t waste your time or money. Just make an appointment at the post office!!

ASAP is the BEST!!!! No nonsense service. The women were professional, honest and efficient. Their prices are reasonable. They took the time to explain the process, got all my paperwork organized and ready for my appointment at post office. I would 100% recommend ASAP if you need your passport quickly. This place saved my moms life. We went to the van nuys post office to renew my passport. The line was so long and not moving at all. We yelped this place and Cameron helped us with every step and we got through it all in a matter of minutes. There are two super sweet dogs who make this experience amazing. Please don't be fooled by the positive reviews! I just went there yesterday to get my passport for the first time, a lady showed me their prices and I decided to choose their fast service, I thought everything was done in their store, the lady took two photos of me and she filled out my form that I had already filled out at home, she said it was much better to print it out! And she's booking me an appointment at USPS! I ask her why I have to go somewhere else to do this? I thought everything should be done here while I paid, she said you have to go to the federal building to sign the document (not mentioned USPS yet) because it's your first time doing it, applying for your passport, I don't know why before doing my photos, copies, she didn't mention first that not all processes can be done here or at least a friendly advice that you can do everything at the post office for a lot less than do it here. She charged me $205.61 to take 2 photos, some copies and book an appointment! Which I could have done it by myself, Even the lady at the post office was shocked when I told her how much she had charged me! And another thing the receipt she gave me shows $198.68 but my bank statement shows $205.61! I called and told the lady about this and she said the extra amount is due to the credit card fee! My bank rejects it! I will never go back there again and please take my advice and don't go there especially if you are getting a passport for the first time, much cheaper with USPS.
