Completely called with a curious question about internet, turns out this isn't that kind of company. BUT, despite my dumb question, the guy stayed on the phone with me and talked ISPs and was super helpful and honest. This is the kind of company that if I needed to use them for a network solution and for some reason their prices were a little higher, I would not even care. What a great experience. Literally showed EMPATHY instead of a quick SYMPATHY. I wish all customer service knew the difference!
