At first Alex and Joanne were super nice and understanding and super friendly that's one thing I could say that I can't complain about that they were super friendly and always on time now it came to where there was no truck we gave him all the money that they've asked for now it's been about 4 months no call back no answers on emails we've called and left messages on the phone number that was given to us and all it does is we leave a message and no one calls back we've also had somebody go into the office and all they keep saying is for us to keep calling all we want is to get the refund that we deserve the same way we gave them the money I am not understanding as to why this is taking so long so many emails so many visits to the office text messages and unanswered phone calls. All we are asking for is the refund of a tow truck that we were supposed to get that didn't because the deal never went through. I am really getting tired of the no answers so my next step is to call Better Business Bureau and complain about the fact that no one has given us a call back or try to at least remotely take care of any business with emails letting us know when the refund will be coming the same way that it hit their your bank this is very unprofessional on everyone's behalf on this company
