DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE 🚨 🚨 🚨

NO VALLAN A ESTE LUGAR 🚨 🚨 🚨

This lady (Marylu) and everyone else in there are completely aware of all they are doing wrong. We went to go get our taxes done and they were never filled. We found out when we were in the middle of the process of buying a house. Unfortunately, not only we didn't get to buy our house but we got a bunch of penalties from the IRS and FTB. Thank God a lot of these fees were waved by an Abatement program that they have but please my people. Go and look for a business thats does good by you not one that does the opposite. Horrible experience. To add to all this. They NEVER pick up the phone and they will NEVER take responsibility for all hell they put ppl through.

Maria lopez Saucedo prepared my taxes . Depositing wrong account. Took her to court n never showed up. Till today she has shoved my tax refund up her az.

So so incredibly dirty is there, and unbelievably unprofessional when I walked into the building there was no employees to greet us just a customer that had been waiting for over an hour. 20 minutes later we seen the employees walk in with coffee and on there’s phones. So are SO overbooked with only one person working. Our appointment was at 8 o’clock and people that got there at 9 o’clock were being helped before us despite the fact that we got there 20 minutes earlier.

Went here to do taxes. They were rejected and I was never notified. Had to call IRS to find out. Tried and tried to reach this business, never received an answer or call back. Ended up having to redo my taxes myself. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

Been coming to this location for a couple of years now since I moved to modesto. I had came with MaryLou and she has been amazing always making me feel welcomed and answers all my questions always helps whenever and if theres any problem definitely will recommend coming here to do taxes . Her staff member are very nice. If i could i would give her more stars ⭐️

Horrible place!!!!! My taxes didn’t even get filed!!!! And it’s already passed the dead line! How do do you pay to file taxes and they don’t even get filed!!!! Now they don’t even answer the phone! Kept me on hold just to hang up after 25 mins now they don’t answer horrible people I do not recommend at all

I did my taxes this year with them and to this date December 2nd 2022 I have not received a dime !! Now they won't return my calls I need help !
