Called Andy about a BOE audit which was just settled. While my experience with the BOE was dreadful, I realize I should have spoken to Andy from the beginning. He clarified many points and gave me suggestions how to prepare for the next audit... guess when you pay them what they want and don't fight, the BOE will do it again.... and again....
