Logan Andren assisted my husband and I in locating a tenant for a condominium unit we own. Not only did he find us a PERFECT tenant that we are very happy with, he also gave names of businesses he had experience with that could assist us with repairs we wanted to make on the unit. All the businesses worked out beautifully! Logan went above and beyond! He was always available when we needed to talk to him and he met us at the unit whenever it was necessary, always courteous and prompt. I would HIGHLY recommend Logan Andren for your Home and Property Management needs!

Logan has been such a blessing to work with and we are fortunate to have found him.

I've been a customer here since Logan took over when my previous property manager retired a couple of years ago now and I can truly say I have no complaints whatsoever and only rave reviews. Logan is quite personable and considerate. He is very supportive and works well with all parties involved, the landlord, tenant and contractor. He is hardworking and responsive, professional and efficient, all with a casual and calm demeanor. If he doesn’t have the answer in a situation he will go out of his way to get it.
