Dominic wasn't my 1st, 2nd, or even my 3rd choice when looking for an attorney. Not because of anything he did or didn't do, in fact before calling his office I didn't know him or his practice. I had an impossible case & knew anyone i hire my chances for winning was slim to none. None of the high power attorneys would even touch my case. Dominic took my case, he was brutally honest with me & personally drove me crazy. However, he fought for me & in the end we won! From now on Dominic will be my 1st call for all my legal issues. My case involved my grandson and getting guardianship, It's kinda hard to give a review without giving information.. but Dominic knew "WI laws" even though other states were involved. I couldn't be happier with the outcome or you know what, even if the outcome would have been different.. he set a fire in me that drove me to read and learn.. . He's unconventional and it was all about the wording.. Even when he didn't know, he took the time to confide in other colleagues to make sure he won... Or we won.

I hired Attorney Anderson because of his cheap retainer - $1500.

There is a saying out there, "Two things in life that you should never skimp on: Doctors and Lawyers"

And people, this is very true.

Attorney Anderson seemed completely overloaded with clients right from the beginning. He had trouble remembering who I was at first. He seemed to make no extra effort towards my case besides relaying information between me and the DA. He gave me incorrect advice about the Monroe County Justice System. He seemed to have his mind made up that I was a criminal, that I was guilty, and that I deserved the legal difficulties I was receiving.

I had him removed from my case and hired a better attorney. And wouldn't you know it... the new attorney got the case dropped. Whereas Attorney Anderson was ready to just roll over for the DA.

None of my retainer is being repaid. In fact I ended up owing him money for his "service".

There are much better lawyers around, people.

This is my first encounter with family law matters.

Mr. Anderson helped me with a case involving a narcissist.

He provided insight and advice during the process from start to finish. He was very honest from the start, explaining the risks vs rewards of what I was up against. He was upfront about the evidence I was able to provide and was forthright in telling me that the case was going to be a difficult case to win. This case was not going to be as simple as a slam dunk and was going to require documentation and proof on my behalf.

When we met before the trial, he sat with me and took the time to dissect what was usable and what was not going to provide any benefit.

He walked me through what questions he was going to ask me on the stand and what questions he was going to ask the other party.

He counseled me on mannerisms and what to expect in the court room.

I am a very anxious person and he knew exactly what to say and how to say it, to keep me calm before and during the trial.

After the trial, he met with me again to explain why the judge ordered one thing that felt unfair. After his explanation, I had a better understanding and was glad that matter was ordered the way it was. In the long run, it was ultimately, for the benefit of my child, even though... in the moment of hearing the judgement... it felt unfair... but in reality... it was what was best for the family.

He showed compassion and genuineness. He cared about the case and it showed in the result.

My child was granted everything that was best for his situation and Mr. Anderson helped the judge see through the lies and deception of the other party.

I am very grateful and my child is blessed that Mr. Anderson was willing to take on our case, even though he had a very full calendar already.

I cannot say enough good things about how thankful I am that my son recieved the best outcome possible.

Mr.Anderson is an awesome guy. Help through a case and gave excellent advice. If I need legal help again I would call him up use him again. He is fair on the price. Very honest and knowledgeable. Mr.Anderson also let me know up front what the cost was going to be and if need more he let me know. Keep up the great work.

Dominic fights for his clients! He doesn't beat around the bush, and is very honest, and upfront with you. He expects the same from his clients as well.

We picked this Attorney after reading his reviews. The first visit we paid $2,000 for the retainer. He wouldn't give us a receipt. He then tried to collect that amount again as the retainer.
I think if he had a secretary his business would run smoother. He looked disheveled every time we saw him. We were rushed any time we went there or called.
He was given dates for evidence but got it all mixed up with what took place on that day. He wouldn't return phone calls until 9:00 pm often times. At one hearing he said my daughter need to be present and the other party was there and that was the day temporary visitation was set up. Needless to say, they got the biggest share of time with the child.
There was a turn in the case and we asked him to get this before a Judge as soon as possible. He told us that hearing would be another $1,000.00. It was then that we terninated his services.
He had told us from day one that he doesn't give receipts for money paid. The day we terminated his services we asked for a final itemized statement and paid in full. Of course, we're still waiting for weeks now and nothing.
It's for these reasons we don't and won't recommend Attorney Dominic Anderson to anyone for any type of case.
