I cannot say enough good things about Heather and her manner of engagement. Personable, approachable, friendly and enjoyable which says a lot given the subject is Medicare. Heather ensures understanding and will look for different ways for this topic to be understood by her clients. She welcomes questions - any and all, and one does not feel like they can't ask the most basic. I am glad to know I have Heather as a trusted subject matter expert, advisor and confidante as I start my Medicare journey. I highly recommend Heather.
