Terrible customer service! had a appointment at 4pm after 13 hours after work, felt judgements right off. Was placed at desk thinking I would be taken care of, but in up watching multiple of walk in people being care for before me for a hour. Got my documents and left.

Their customer service has always been top notch. But I called​ them the last day to file my taxes; from out of their area, and asked if they could email me my last year's tax return. And without any hesitation, I was informed it would be done. No hassle. Just the necessary verification. Great people and great customer service!
