When I googled "passport" in my local area this place topped the list, and their website mentioned digital passports so I headed over. It took several passes before I found the spot due to it being well off the street. Two girls were behind the counter, but neither asked the purpose of my visit during the twenty minutes that I waited while one of them served a customer ahead of me and the other typed. When it was finally my turn I asked if they did passports and was told that, no, they didn't. I thanked her and left. It occurred to me afterward that they probably do take passport photos, they simply don't produce the passport. If she had clarified this at all, I would not have left feeling so frustrated and neglected.
