SCAM….. Beware…. They take large upfront fees!!!! NEVER close…. They are not direct lenders they are brokers…. Alan lies…then hides and you will NEVER hear from him. He has taken over $50,000 per client… will NEVER return money…. If you send a money, just be aware that you will never see it again.

WATCH OUT!!!!! A client of mine applied for NO Ratio loan. Alan promised he could deliver so client wired money as per term sheet. Several weeks later Alan requested income documents. When client was unable to provide them Alan refused to refund the client his money!

SCAM..Alan lies takes large upfront fee. Lied that he was a direct lender was not. Lied that he would close did not.. and will not return the deposit. BEWARE
