This collection agency want me to pay for a fertilize service that killed my tree that cost $3000 to replace and when we spoke on the phone they hang up on me and will not answer again. I paid $300 and all I wanted is to cancel service that used chemicals that were unsafe for my trees. They don’t care

This is by far one of the worst companies! I didn’t catch her name I think Melissa Dalton or something has the audacity to tell me I’m hard to work with when this heffa is calling me about a bill that doesn’t belong to me! The attorneys will handle? Keep changing! It will drop in 5 years!!! What a waste!

I had a great experience with Mr. Rick Davis Mr. Rick Davis was very kind he was genuinely empathetic and he really worked with me I was suggest if you call try to get Mr. Rick Davis he helped me settle my account I paid it and he’s also having it removed timely from my credit report Mr. Rick Davis was professional he was kind he was knowledgeable I know we don’t think of collection people as nice but he was genuinely a nice man thank you Mr. Rick Davis for not making this an unpleasant experience .
if you have a problem with this place either you didn’t get Mr. Davis or you were upset because you couldn’t pay your collection Mr. Davis will do everything he can to work something out with you

I have never talked with someone so disrespectful in my life. First, they lied to my mother and suckered her into paying $600 that wasn't her debt, then, they harassed her by phone and shamed her for not returning their calls within 12 hours. "RICK" who tells me he is the owner, left rude and condescending messages on my mother's voicemail. Highly unprofessional. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

Would leave zero stars if possible. Rick lied about billing Medi-Cal or was too lazy to do it. Either way your money was waiting for you but I see my account is still open years after you harassed me for the money you ended up not getting. Also violating FDCPA guidelines is illegal and not worth the lawsuit you will get filed against you if you continue.

So rude!!! Every person I spoke to was so rude! Mrs. Chamaco left me rude messages all week long threating me, I offered to pay a portion of the debt I owed to then and Mr Ryan Smith said no he wouldn't take it that it wasn't enough! Ha! Then when I asked him to talk to his supervisor he said no! He finally transferred me to someone who could help me but not before saying fine it will go into collections! What a joke....

I called for a friend, asking why her payment wasn’t deleted of her credit report. The represéntale was absolutely very unprofessional and disrespectful he even told my friend to go back to Mexico if they couldn’t speak English and that he was not going to do anything to delete this he said that’s where am going to leave it.
