Last August we received an audit letter from the IRS. The information requested by them covering two years for our business was horrendous. We took advantage of services offered by Allied Tax &Accounting Consultants. Mr. Godwin Obimah was simply wonderful and took away a lot of stress and anxiety associated with dealing with the IRS. He even came to our house driving about 120 miles one way to keep us out of trouble when the IRS tax examiner came to visit! He worked with the IRS so we did not have to interface with them without his presence. He exceeded our expectations when he questioned them about items in the audit report and reduced our tax by 60%. Above all, he was always kind, thoughtful and advised us throughout the process that took over a year. We recommend him and the company without any reservation and hope that you will call on them whenever you are confronted by the IRS. We are very thankful.

Fair, expert, and efficient. These words define Allied Tax & Accounting Consultants. I hired them to complete and file past due tax returns for a small LLC business I have where my partner hasn't been cooperative with accounting functions. Because all of the returns were being filed late, the IRS charged me with its highest penalties possible, which would have put me out of business if I was forced to pay them. Allied Tax to the rescue again - I designated them as Power of Attorney and hired them to negotiate with the IRS to reduce the penalties. Godwin Obimah, the owner, has special training and years of experience working with the IRS with all kinds of situations. It totally paid off - after about 6 weeks, my penalties were GREATLY reduced and I can continue with my business! Highly recommend!
