My 1st time to this facility went very smoothly. Make sure once onto Truss Ferry Rd and you’ve crossed r/r tracks you use 2nd entrance on left. You then follow around to rear of bldg counterclockwise until you see a pull-up and stop sign.
You look over to left and should see drivers enter and check in door to warehouse. Enter through that door and make your way towards the right past 1st enclosed office to the 2nd open door office where there will be 2ea ladies working. These ladies are all business and conduct themselves very professionally. One will ask for p/u # and destination where load is going. Once they’ve found BOL they will have you sign and give you your copies.
Next you will be given a Dock door # to back up to where the other will Live Load you.
I slid my TLR tandems to the rear, but wasn’t asked to do so. I also unhooked red glad-handle airline and caulked wheels.
Only had 7ea pallets to get so loading went by quickly. Once loaded you are ready to leave, no need to go back inside. I added a seal to rear door latch as one from shipper was not included.
Approach rear exit gate, when your close, it will automatically open.
My last 2ea pallets loaded could have been loaded+positioned a little tighter together(see pics)and no load seal supplied were reason for only 4star rating.
No overnighting nor did I see a bathroom so come prepared. Thanks to all for a speedy efficient visit. Hrs are 7am-3pm FCFS

It's all about favoritism, who you sleepin with, or who you could be related to, a small section of people in management positions are all related and/or sleepin together, they let people operate equipment drunk, at one point you could literally walk past a person and smell the alcohol as they sweat it out, they choose who they want to enforce the actual rules to

My experience wasn’t really bad just experience with points was done wrong and they have no leniency when it comes to issues that happen in your life and stuff that is out of your control and the way they handled this situation was unprofessional to say the least. These people are good people to work with in the job sense but working with you in stuff you can’t and don’t have any control over there is no doubt that they will not help you there best bet is to fire you on the spot.
