Very impatient. The people skills there are zero to none. They do not care about their customers as people. It’s honestly sad and I hope it changes for their sake. Good customer service and a bit of understanding would help them tremendously as a business.

This has to be one of the worst establishments in Caldwell county. If you go even close to two months behind (which is easy in this economy) they will show up to your job demanding to know about payments in front of co-workers, bosses etc. Even if you have stayed in constant communication!! Lindsay, is quick to threaten and harass you and send people out to your job. How is this even remotely okay I personally haven’t had this happen because I do not hold loans with them but have witnessed it first hand. They will also give out personal information in front of co-workers. The lady loudly announced to the gentlemen that he was close to two months behind and kept asking when he could pay. Stating that they had just spoken with him Friday but needed payment asap. How awful of this place! I would be ashamed.
