I don't think I have enough space to say how amazing Chayan is. We talked to several Realtors, of which Chayan was the first and he immediately became the one to beat. Buying a house can be trying and Chayan is just the type of person you want by your side. We asked for as smooth an experience as possible and he totally delivered. He had a buyer for our condo as soon as we had signed the contract with him allowing us to begin the search for our new home right away. He cleared all obstacles out of the way as they arrived and made sure we had as little stress as possible. Just the nicest man, extremely knowledgeable about his field, and a very hard worker. In the beginning stages of purchasing and one of the agents there, Kyle Miyamoto reached out to me with my interest in a property. To be honest, many realtors reached out to me before, bugging me calling or texting me all the time but Kyle's approach was different than the others.

I'm sure all of us have busy lives from work, family friends etc. When Kyle reached out to me he was very polite, wasn't aggressive (like the other sharks I mean realtors) and offered his time and assistance with anything I needed.

I told Kyle I was working with a first time homebuying program to with he was familiar with and still offered his assistance. Last Sunday Kyle took me to 2 properties that I wanted to see. I love Kyle's honesty and taking out his time to show me. He also help me understand the process of buying homes. The next day, he even sent me information about first time homebuyers and what is needed for your purchase. I really appreciate Kyle and will continue to work with him.

Btw last Sunday I told Kyle I'm sorry that I took time out his day and he replied "no worries anytime, that's what I'm here for, I love what I do!". Such a positive attitude that's why I'm sticking with him.
