My friend and I are single parents going through the home-buying process for the first time. When we originally reached out to a realtor listing a property, he suggested that we let him have dual representation. After further conversations with friends and family we decided to reach out to another realtor to ensure we weren't getting taken advantage of or misled any information.

We began working with Janice Lobaugh and I am super grateful we had her by our side throughout the process. The sellers in this case were very difficult to work with and pulled back from things they originally agreed upon.
