Look no further.. these guys are THE PROS you need to surgically assess your concerns. The tech, Pierce, was not only knowledgeable and professional, but very friendly and thorough. His expertise were needed in a same day emergency situation and he came through without delay. The team was amazing and the results were received exceptionally fast (48hr). They also offered an expedited 24hr turnaround which I found surprising. I HIGHLY recommend this company. So pleased with my experience! Peace of mind is worth the price & actually about 20% lower than other services! I had copious samples taken so their fair prices allowed me to budget in additional sample areas for the most in-depth analysis. Simply the best. 10/10

A friend of mine recommended Air Environmental to me. I had some concerns about water damage and potential mold in my apartment and my friend used this company previously and rated them highly. They’re based in Santa Rosa, and I’m in LA, so I didn’t think they’d be able to help, but Josh was able to answer all my questions over the phone, address my concerns and point me in the right direction for next steps. I got referred by a friend to dig deeper into a mold issue on a house I was closing on and was able to run the issues I was concerned about by Joshua. I highly recommend Air Environmental. Im currently dealing with mold conditions in my apartment. They were very prompt and were able to come out same day. Extremely nice, professional and informative. They seriously went above and beyond and let me know on the spot certain conditions in my home home prior to receiving an official report and sample testing . Multiple companies would not come out without landlord approval but Air Environmental was able to. I will continue to use them in the future and recommend them to anyone needing assistance that has problematic conditions that landlords are doing nothing about. Worth every penny.

Inspected my appartment for mold and did not consult me about anything. They wrote the report blaming my air conditioner and now me and my 6vyear old are being forced to move out. I ordered this report and they never spoke with me so they had no idea there was a flood left.soaking my bedroom for 10 days. I have been trying to contact them for 3 weeks about this report cor a retest and to answer some questions that are crucial to possibly keeping me and my son from being homeless and they will NOT CALL ME BACK. Thanks guys
