I filed my own taxes, but wanted a review to make sure I did them correctly. My mom spoke with Bertha and asked if she had time to review my taxes and Bertha agreed and said there would be no charge or appointment needed. When I went in to have my taxes reviewed she had no idea why we were even there and made us wait over an hour and a half. I took in all my paper work except a copy of what I had filed. I completely understand that it was my fault for not bringing that. Bertha began to give me an attitude because of it, I told her that if it was that big of a deal that I could leave and she went ahead and plugged my info in the computer. She banged the desk because I didn’t tell her I had dependents when she didn’t even ask me in the first place. I don’t appreciate waiting a long time to be mistreated. Completely unprofessional if she is too stressed maybe she shouldn’t be over booking clients. My family and I will not be returning .
