We appreciate everything the school is doing, but working with Eryn has given us so much more confidence that we are asking the right questions, putting together the right plan, and prioritizing the right conversations with the school. It is so overwhelming and such a huge learning curve getting to understand how the IEP special services work in practice, and understanding our place in it as parents. Within the first meeting, she helped identify several areas in the IEP that we had not slowed down enough to ask more about on our own to understand what was going on, let alone how it could be improved. Eryn really listens to our concerns from our conversations, and truly integrates that into the work. She also has absorbed the unique and personal situation our kinder-kid is going through, she truly sees his strengths as something that can be leveraged and helps us and the school keep that front of mind. Trying to get through this year without Eryn would have been so anxiety provoking for me, I can't recommend her enough and now that we have her on our team, I can't imagine trying to do it alone. We feel so hopeful for setting our kid up for success with her there to help.
