When I write a review about a business good or bad I want to make sure it comes across in a way that helps those who read it to make a solid informed decision for their business. I have worked with Steve and his team, some of them before Advisor HR existed.

I have brought many businesses to this organization over the years including my own, and you will not find a more committed, helpful and hardworking group of people anywhere. I have found that if a mistake is made, they own up to it and do whatever they can to make it right.

I have seen the Advisor HR team work tirelessly to help businesses make sure employees get paid and taken care of no matter what it takes. This includes nights and weekends! They understand the importance of the employee and how they impact the business. When it comes to HR services, they have the expertise, knowledge and experience that can address any compliance challenge.

During this more recent crisis of laying off (furloughing) employees because of the pandemic, the Advisor HR team helped employees work through the system to help get their unemployment benefits. This was hours of pro bono work by the Advisor HR team to make sure the employees were taken care of. How do I know this, because it was my clients they were helping! I can give multiple examples where this organization has gone above and beyond, for their client and their employees.

Regarding communication and challenges, always responded back to me with an answer or working on an answer usually within an hour or two of request for help or deal with a problem. Advisor HR in the beginning had some growing pains as any company does, but they have found their footing and are now doing what is needed to provide excellent service to me and my clients.

We are very pleased to be with Advisor HR. They have allowed us to grow without having to have an inhouse HR professional. The benefits that they brought to the table have been instrumental in our hiring and retention process. The original reason was for payroll processing and controlling workman's comp costs but they are much more than that. Great company!

Bad roll out, 15 out of 33 payroll checks wrong, the file given us to download into quickbooks created all new accounts for our employees. We issued new checks to our employees and never were able to use any QB files they sent. Took them a month and a half to inform us they would not refund the set up fees as they had done the work. If they had done it then we would be a customer? Phone calls and emails went unanswered. The CEO has a bunch of phone messages to call me but never does. Talked to him once and he blamed all the problems on my employees when in fact they had nothing to do with anything. There own people input all of the information directly from our existing payroll service. Steve, if you read this, Kim input all of the employee records directly from intuit payroll, as we gave her access. Your company never did correctly get the quickbooks files to work, so we input that on our own. Not sure how that set up fee was justified if it never did work? But you have made it abundantly clear you don't want to talk about it.

So if you are thinking about going with them I hope all goes well, because if it doesn't you won't get a call back, and you will be the one who is at fault for all the problems. Confidence in a payroll service is paramount and our experience with this company gave us none.

Response to the Response. There is NO false narrative in what I wrote, it is all true. You left me little choice but to write it here since you refuse to call me back on any of the numerous phone messages I left. Again, you want to blame me for your lack of communication. I guess you have proved the last paragraph of my narrative true?
