I greatly appreciate the effort Angel but my experience has been frustrating. I requested service by a specific deadline, yet the other party was uncooperative and failed to follow through on a scheduled meeting. Despite clear signs that the individual was actively avoiding service such as blocking calls and not following through to meet, as well as the other party’s address already being confirmed by seeing mail with their name addressed there but suddenly claiming it was incorrect, the process server continued attempting to arrange a meeting rather than recognizing the evasion tactics and of course then the other party was available after the deadline I had to serve them but not available for the original agreed arrangement.

I specifically requested a declaration of diligence to document these failed attempts, yet after three days, I have still not received it. While I understand it is not Angel’s fault that the other party is difficult to locate, recognizing when someone is dodging service is a critical part of the job. The delay in providing the necessary documentation has been frustrating and has made me question whether there is a conflict of interest.

I appreciate the effort, but I expected a more proactive and professional approach in handling this situation.

This was so worth the fee and he was the least expensive! He was helpful with what to file and very knowledgeable. This was such fast service and the after how difficult court has been, a breath of fresh air! If you need to serve the other party, hire this company and you will be as impressed as I was!

I am suing property management company and the agent was very difficult for me to track down. I tried personal service a couple times and paid $50 for the Sheriff to serve him but they were unsuccessful. Don’t waste your money with that! Go directly to Angel! He tracked the agent down within a couple hours of hiring him! 5 Stars and money well spent.
