Marlund and his team are amazing. We live in a
condominium which has exacting standards with
respect to installing new wood floors. If you
don't meet every sound test threshold (there are
many) you can literally be required to tear out
the new floors and begin again.
Marlund supported us with every step of this
project. He provided our contractor with
extraordinarily specific instructions to insure
that we would have no hiccups along the way.
And we did not. I am forever grateful.
This company is professional, responsible,
thorough, and fair. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Our company was referred to Marlund at Advanced Engineering Acoustics by a trusted colleague back in February 2018. We ordered a sound engineering report, met with him at a client's home where he performed some sound testing and we paid him for the report which we are still waiting for. One month went by, 2 months went by...still no report.

We've tried multiple attempts to contact him and get a status. Any communication would've been helpful even if he's busy, we run a business ourselves so we get it. I always communicate with clients. After numerous attempts to his cell, we did call his office unexpectedly and he happened to answer and was surprised to hear from us and said the report will be ready "next week."

We've been emailing and calling him for the last 4+ MONTHS and he has not emailed back, is not answering his phone, and is not contacting us back. We just want our report! This is THE most unprofessional experience we've ever had with a business after paying for what we agreed upon. At this point we just want a refund and cannot even get that back.

I highly DO NOT recommend trusting this company for any of your sound testing needs unless you feel like having your money stolen from you and not receive anything in return. We are extremely disappointed and frustrated and will need to take this issue to the next level. I advise to avoid this company and Marlund E. Hale at all costs, save yourself the headache and grief.
