Very helpful. Have been able to rent out equipment on multiple occasions. In the process of learning more about ssdi for young adults. I wish more info was on their website but i guess that's hard because it's different for everyone.

We've been to ADRC twice for our handicapped daughter. Julie was SO kind and compassionate about our situation. She helped us through the processes of the programs (Family Care and IRIS) and we left feeling that everything is going to be ok.

The lady I talked to didn't clarify if I would still have my insurance after she changed my prescription drug. Also I didn't get done what I wanted to achieve because of miscommunication. I will have to wait until next year.

Check on the hours to be sure. I went twice and they weren't open. Still, someone helped me even though it had nothing to do with their department. I had no clue I could get equipment for the short term without buying. I had knee surgery and needed a walker. The location is really set back and hard to find but don't give up! For a $10 deposit which is totally refundable you can get equipment you may never need again. A service is provided that has nothing to do with with your age. Thank you many times over.

Very highly upset nobody notified me about anything involving rental payments and how the program worked with the equipment the front lady was very rude I would of never brought back the equipment if I knew they weren’t going to return the money I gave them like they told me would be returned to me upon drop off and the shipment be in great condition witch it’s was ….nobody rent or donate here these people are disshonrst rude and not a very good charity all around so upset right. Nice area to watch the Memorial day parade and ceremony by the eternal flame. Otherwise I have never actually been in the building
