Within a rather short period of time, our dental office experienced some changes with an upgrade to a completely new practice management system, a chartless practice model, and the retirement of our office manager after over 20 years of service. It was a challenge to find the right people to join our long standing team, and after sometime we were lucky enough to find two bright and friendly individuals who would help our office thrive, however neither of them had much front office dental experience.

This is where Adams Dental Consulting really came to the rescue! We had the pleasure of working with Savannah both in office and remotely to help train our new office staff to be exceptionally knowledgeable, dependable , and high performing team members!

Savannah worked side by side with both team members to improve their knowledge of ideal schedule coordination, treatment coordination, insurance verifications, the ins and outs of of our practice management system, how to handle the burden of insurance claim denials, and so much more. She helped establish clearly defined roles for everyone on our team, helped us set healthy goals, and set in place a system in which we can continue to follow to achieve success and grow as a practice.
