Horrible service. Update: (because I cannot respond to their response)I was not evicted, I withheld rent due to them not fixing a leakage that went on for 2 winters (2 years). We started getting sick and the ceiling collapsed barely missing my daughter. The landlord was also aware.

Been renting for awhile now and happy I found and chose this property management company. Marya is a boss and was very quick with the whole move in process. They are also very quick to fix whatever comes up maintenance wise. Usually the same day. Thank you for everything Action One 👍🏽

If I could give it no stars I would. Me and a couple others rented from them and they never came out to check things or to fix things that were already broken in the house before us living there. Any time we would reach out we never got an answer.. when we eventually decided to move we found out from the home owner towards the end of us moving that she had been receiving more money then she normally would and long story short we figured out that the property management was hiking up our rent $50 each year and we were there for 3 years and the owner didn’t know til almost time to move out because of the property management bad reviews and how they haven’t handled things professionally so she thought we were moving because of that.. supposedly when they would “drive by” and talk about our lawn which it was always taken care of.. we moved and they kept our deposit after we had cleaned it up and even had things fixed in the home but they said there was to much damage (there was none). I don’t recommend this company to anyone. Not professional at all. Not trying to bash them but don’t want others to be taken advantage of like some of us have. Also just read their response to people’s reviews on here. Very unprofessional.

TERRIBLE property management. In our experience, never communicated with us about what was going on in our property. Verbally said one thing and the contract said another, which I find very dishonest. Was always late with depositing rent. Brought in people into the property without letting us know (not under the contract I was given/ informed of). Returned the property in horrible conditions. Would not assume responsibility for anything. The neighbors said there was questionable activity in the property, and when confronted she did mention the name of the person responsible (so she knew these people and what they were doing, yet failed to inform us). And apparently, they got in trouble with someone else for malpractice and the company is listed as limited under the Real Estate Bureau as of today!!! Do you really want someone like this managing your property, your hard work I think not.
FYI, the 5 stars from a "Mayra Martin" should not count because she works there and is a relative of the main agent. She would always be sitting in the back room at their office. And neither should "Maria Orellana"'s review, because that's literally the same case. Like, the documents at this place are notarized by "Maria Jimena Orellana". (Trying to boost your stars by using a relative and/or co-worker, really?)

I don't know what I would of done without them, my tenants were causing so many problems I was starting to lose sleep. But after Action One took over, I been happier, and best of all no stress! Thank you so much Jackie!

Very unprofessional and irresponsible. You basically pay for them to sit around and do nothing. My recommendation is, don't hire them out. You'll regret it... I did. Also, did some research on them....they have gotten sued and apparently others aren't pleased with their services.
I am adding this part because you cannot respond to the owner response on here, but I just want people who read this to know that we were past clients and that this is our experience. Thank you and God bless.

From the moment Mayra picked up the phone, Action One Property Management has been nothing but helpful and accommodating and understanding. Mayra helped me through the whole process of finding a house and stayed late to help me apply for my dream home. Thank you Mayra!
