There are multiple directors and trainers in the office with an open door policy, who are eager to set up a 1 on 1 meeting or mentor any individual looking for personal/professional development. Naturally I am a very introverted/reserved person, so I have seen a tremendous amount of growth within my confidence, organization, and communication skills during my first month marketing with the firm. Not to mention there are team nights every week, and I take pride in beating everyone in bowling, basketball, sand volleyball, and game nights.
