Very Knowledgeable, they really helped me look at my business in a different way. I was referred to Accuretta by a colleague, and they have helped me fix a lot of issues. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! I just got off the phone with this company. I called and some woman answers the phone stating "Hello." I respond by saying "Good Morning, who am I speaking to?" Her response, "What do you need?" I question if I am calling an accounting office and she responds by saying "Yes, what do you need?" I respond, "I initially asked who I was speaking to because you answered "Hello" as if I was calling someones personal line so I wanted to make sure I was calling an Accounting office, you didn't answer representing the company by saying something along the lines "Accuretta, how may I help you? So I know I've dialed the right place" and she responded, "Yes, this is an accounting office, what do you need?" I responded by saying "I needed accounting services clearly, but not anymore."

She was very rude, unprofessional, and sounded miserable to be at work. The accountants may be great but I would definitely consider changing whomever is answering their phones because she puts a bad look to the company as a first impression!
