this is a scam company. they falsely claim you weren't insured, and then threaten with a lawsuit under the guise of being a "collection agency." San Mateo County Sheriff, where are you?

Julie Bridges, I’m pretty sure what you’re doing is illegal. After telling me she would accept my payment Julie Bridges continued to degrade me and speak to me like I was a dog . After enduring her disrespect and verbal abuse I finally said enough is enough . You don’t have the right to talk to me this way . She then told me she will now refuse to take my payment, yelled at me and spoke over me, threatened to tell my boss that I was threading HER then blocked my number . This place is the epitome of UNprofessionalism , she needs to be fired!

Surprisingly effective yet low-key agency. Once the information has been received they take care of everything else. Additionally, the owner turns out to be a very considerate and concerned advocate for not only me but the individuals with debt problems. After completion of collection activities I have never received a complaint or negative comment from any of these individuals. A great, effective group to work with.

I called Accelerated Recovery Services to speak about a claim. I was yelled at, accused of "not having insurance", hung up on and then told I was "ridiculous". I was calling to get information about the letter, not to be yelled at. The website for this company states that their staff are "professional" and "dignified". I could not agree any less with these statements.
