Tom and his team jumped in for us when we had some episodes of intrusion on our systems, quickly and expertly completed corrective actions to fix existing damage, followed by preventive actions to keep us insulated from future issues. With the frequency of incursions via emails that look legitimate, the probability of making a quick mistake in judgment opening a bad-guy email was more of a certainty.

We have engaged Absolute Computer Systems for a program of filtering emails and seeking out potential incursions, along with training and awareness for our team. This is an enormous and critical step up for us as we build our business.

Took desktop in for possible overheating issues (pc restarting unexpectedly). Rarely communicated with me during the whole process, many times I had to call them to check on the status. Added all kinds of software without my permission. Was told it was ready for pick up (almost two weeks later!) Charged over $300 for parts and labor. Same problem still occurring. Windows logs show that it happened numerous times while they had it, including twice about an hour before I picked it up. These guys are incompetent.

Professional, friendly and knowledgeable! The best, and I mean THE BEST, computer service I have ever had! They were able to get my desktop, IPhone and IPad up to date; and then set up with the proper antivirus protection needed. I would highly recommend them unconditionally!

My 10 year old, all-in-one desktop decided to retire. I brought it to Absolute Computer Systems. After diagnosing the issues, it was determined that ut was terminal. I purchsed a new one, brought it to them and the were able to transfer all my data.
I couldn't be happier. Tom (the Chief) was terrific. I recommend them to anyone needing computer work beyond thier expertise. Best around as far as I'm concerned.
