I used them years ago, then my tax preparer here passed away. The new person that took over was incompetent, lost my returns and couldn't find tax documents I submitted. They also mailed my documents to the wrong address from previous tax years. I recommend you look elsewhere. They aren't what they used to be.

Not only did they give us horrible advice resulting in having to pay in thousands of dollars, not once did anyone apologize to us for the mistake. In addition, their customer service is horrible. The woman who prepared our taxes didn't respond to our phone calls for over a week and the president of the company did not respond to our emails for almost a month. Go anywhere else!
