Terrible Company. Lied about opening escrow for building purchase. Called title company several times, they never even heard of John Pacheco or Abacus Financial. One phone number on website never gets answered or calls returned, extensions are a joke, no option even to enter them. This guy is a waste of time,will cost you money in attorney fees, and turning away actual buyers that know what they are looking for.

He was to purchase a building that was listed and discounted for needing a roof and obvious location discloses. After avoiding our calls after signing intent to purchase and calling him out on his lies on why escrow is not open, he they (does not call) but emails us letter of termination of purchase. Why you ask? "Current roof is in bad condition" and can't use building in that location. ? Steer clean of this guy. I think this website is full of istock photos they purchased to build a website and they have nothing to do with any of what is shown on that site. Don't waste your time with this business.
