BEWARE , I would give zero stars if it were an option. I trusted Ana to e-file my taxes and she is the most unprofessional sloppy inconsiderate individual. She made multiple clerical mistakes on my turn and the worst one being that she input the wrong bank account for my direct deposit return. She has refused to return any of my calls or emails to try to resolve her errors. Steer clear from this business completely horrible.
