Jesse arrived on time and prepared to work. He wore shoe coverings and gloves and walked me thru the A/C annual service. He changed the air filter and recommended that I change it at least every 3 months. He serviced the condenser and recommended a new hard start kit which we approved. He also recommended that we replace our 40 yo Challenger electrical panel that is subject to fires and would not be covered by insurance. So it’s on our critical to-do list. Overall an excellent experience and we highly recommend their service.

Our power went out due to precaution from the Santa Ana winds and the Mountain Fire. When the power came back, our central heat did not. Called Conejo Heating and they sent out Eric to check our furnace. Turns out the circuit board had surged. They replaced it and installed a surge protector! I am extremely happy with the level of customer service from that first phone call to the repair! If I could give 10 stars I would. Will definitely be using this company in the future!

10/16/2024 This morning we were meet by Parker our Technician from Conejo Heating and Air. Parker he was very kind and sweet. He is extremely sincere & knowledgeable, he explained to us about what features & equipment for our A/C & heating we could buy to improve our house along the way. He listening to all of our questions and concerns about our house and answered them it such great details. This company is a very trusted company & they are very honest and caring! They’re very Clean & Neat, he even wore shoe coverings! All of the equipment is of high quality. We also had Conejo Heating and Air for many years and we never had a problem with them. So Thank You So Much Conejo Heating and Air and especially Parker!

I had Kevin come out today and he fixed the seal under the toilet and educated me on what to expect for the future which is helpful. He was very kind and I really appreciate the honest people working at Conejo plumbing. I’ve had a few bad experiences with other plumbers but if the find the right people, you’ll always reach out to them and also tell all my neighbors about them. I’ve had Jeff come out for my water heater replacement 3 weeks ago and he also was wonderful to work with.

Fernando came today for my Furnace and dryer vent yearly maintenance. He was fantastic again, just like 6 months ago, when he came for my air conditioning maintenance. He is knowledgeable of the work performed, and is respectful of both person and home. Highly recommend this service and Fernando. He found the starting of a birds nest in my dryer vent, that was limiting the air flow. So, it was great that he was able to remove it, and all of the built up lint before it really became a problem. The maintenance program finds issues that you didn’t know you had, before they can turn into Big problems. Highly recommend the maintenance service as well

Cannot recommend this company enough!!! They are honest and reliable (much better than TO plumbing) and actually care about solving your issues rather than up charging like crazy! Conejo Heating, Air, Plumbing & Electrical was wonderful! Shout out to Jimmy Lopez, who was in charge of the plumbing project. Their price was unbeatable & literally HALF the price of a few of the other known companies in the area from which I obtained estimates!! Jimmy kept in touch about everything, answered my calls, questions & texts & called me with progress or scheduling. The job had a few unforeseen issues which delayed completion but they took care of them. Understandably I was not happy about the complications & delays but Jimmy kept in touch & assured me everything would be taken care of. Daily communication from the company via email & text regarding schedules was very helpful, they even called prior to arrival. Jimmy had to work on the weekend due to problems & was not feeling well but still came & got everything fixed, as he promised. The rest of the team, Mo, Michael & Ricardo were pleasant & hard working. Highly recommend this company. Passed inspection for plumbing upon completion. Call them!

The service technician showed up on time, was courteous clean and extremely competent. We discussed my issues and he quickly went to work. He resolved the problems and made some recommendations which I followed through on. I am very pleased and recommend Conejo Heating and Air without reservation.
