I’m giving this Target 5 stars, not because the customer service is great, but because the CUSTOMERS are so rude, and the staff here deserves to be commended for standing their ground when adults do not know how to behave. Sure, they need more cashiers, or at least to open more registers when the line for self checkout gets long. But if you’re reading this, remember, there’s never any reason to take out your frustration or impatience on an employee who’s sole purpose is to do their one job. They’re not going to make the line move faster just because you sneered at them or started talking smack about them within earshot. Trust me, they get plenty of that throughout the course of the day!

I came in about two weeks ago and went to customer service and asked a lady for help setting up a baby registry and asked a few more questions on top of it. She pretty much just pointed and said the computer or you can use your phone. Okay well I wanted to go through the store and scan items i explained to her and all I got from her was its on line. And she walked away. I did a baby registry with my first but that was ten years ago and I just needed a little help and she wouldn’t even come around the counter to help or be more informative. Me and my fiancé were very upset cause we like Target over Amazon.

Over priced Walmart in my opinion. Furthermore I've bought two electronic items from this place, both of which were returned within a couple days due to them being junk.

One time (honest truth) I purchased a clearance phone as a gift for my wife. Went to power it up, set up phone (motorolla) and appeared a corrupt operating system... called Punisher OS. I've been familiar with Android OS but this was some aftermarket bootleg junk that immediately altered other devices on our network. I decided that the best course of action was to go to target with the phone, boot up the device in store, connect it to their wifi, and let the corrupt OS go to work on their network. Eye for an eye! Probably didn't do much but the thought was satisfying enough.

Unless your going here to pick up cheap, expensive items. I'd avoid. Better off checking into Amazon. Peace ✌?

Cashier with purple pink hair wearing face mask cheap tattoos covering herself. Is the rudest cashier I ever met.
The person in front of me she said in a loud voice he was not fast enough. I was next and like oh boy here we go.I was trying to assist moving my products down because she would not turn belt on. She snatched a product out my hand. I told her not to do that again she was borderline assault as she so violently snatched product out of my hand. As a professional person with respect. I found her to be very offensive with me and other patrons of this store. I really liked this store but I will take my shopping elsewhere.
P.S. I saw she has had other complaints on review. Something to think about how many customers are you losing that don’t report it.

I’m new to Target but they are on my way home, so I’ll probably go in there far more other now. That store is ginormous and will eventually get to see everything that they sell in, but for now, I’m just shopping in the SODA and cats/dogs aisles! Oh, and did I mention that the prices are great, too? Cheaper that anywhere else! Every time I go, it’s an adventure to see what I can buy that I didn’t know I needed! :).

Customer service. I bought a swimsuit bottom 3 days prior to my visit and went thru self-checkout. The sensor was not identified or removed, yet I still made it out the door with the sensor in tact.
I handed the woman my receipt and asked her to remove the tag. She asked me when I bought the suit bottoms. I said at least 3 days ago. She had the receipt in her HAND.
They do have a pretty clean store, though.

This target is alittle less busy then the one near me so they had alot more baby formula in stock but less stuff for clearance items in the baby section which for me is a downgrade because I love my target clearance items especially when it's for my baby girl but it looked clean and stocked.. just so many cashiers but only 1 or 2 open I had to walk so far just to get to a open lane it's crazy why not have 1 open on each side why have only 2 open next to eachother on the one side of the store but other than that normal target experience but hey atleast my formula was 10$ cheaper at this location

Alyssa at Guest Services is an actual angel <3 she has a great attitude, and was really helpful. I called the store, and was told by another employee that my keys were not turned in. On a whim and extreme desperation, I drove back to Target and retraced my steps. Feeling defeated, I decided my last option was to try guest services. I was greeted by Alyssa with a smile, and she actually even remember my keys which was really awesome. Thanks Alyssa :)
