We are very grateful to have had Greg and Tom to represent us in the sale of our family business. There were many ups and downs and sleepless nights in almost 2 years for the sale to finalize, and Greg was always there to calm us down, reassure us and be the voice of reason. We chose Greg to represent us for the sale of our contracting/service business because of his experience, credentials and energy.
We liked his transparency and frequent communications.
There were some difficult times in the process due to the Pandemic, PPP loan and the general uncertainties.
The buyer's bank was real difficult to work with, Greg's persistence and diligence paid off. The buyer Greg found was the "right" guy for taking over my baby of 29 years.
This firm was able to sell for respectable and fair to all parties price.
Nine months have passed since the transaction, I have no regrets and we still take each other's calls.
