Thank you for this great service i received specially from this guy named junior who has an excelent speech and manners. Kiki on the other hand is a professional with so much experience on his hands, he diagnosed and fixed my car in no time and did a perfect job assuring my safety on the road. They continue to provide great service. Their prices are fair. I purchased my truck tires there so I get free tire rotation. I go there for routine maintenance like oil changes, tire alignment and etc . Fernando the manager is very knowledgeable and friendly. I trust their work and I would recommend going there for service.

Pep Boys did good work on installing my new tires via my CarAdvise purchase. Pep Boys did not change my appointment date as I requested and there was miscommunication re my necessity to download an additional app. Overall, I’m satisfied with the work that was completed, as the tires have stayed on the vehicle and have not fallen off yet!

System very slow to get you in and out, online statue app not updated and when it said car was ready it was not.

After car was all taken apart they called to tell me they did not have tire, but could install bigger tires, say yes, but was not happy with look nor handling of car after getting back and driving it. Quote given was not the same as promised, might have been a few cents, but that was not what was promised on the phone when change was made. Why is it they always seem to charge more rather than less of what was promised? Seem to leave a bad taste.

Next time I will think twice before going to this Pep boys.?

Traveling with 3 vehicles & a trailer; 3 adults, 15 kids. Trailer gets a blowout on the freeway, luckily we had a spare, but the blowout crumpled up the wheelwell & we ended up here at this friendly Pep Boys who got us straightened out & back on the road, at no charge! Thanks guys!
