5 stars for Rhonda Bonds !!!!! She is absolutely the best !!!!!
I have been a customer of Rhonda Bonds for 23 years now. I will only get her to do my taxes. I don't care how many tax representatives are working in her office, Rhonda is the only one to do my taxes. She is very professional, very knowledgeable with the tax laws, and one of the most friendliest person's to do business with. Rhonda is not just a person's accountant, she is the person's friend. She listens to her customers. I trust Rhonda 100% to do my taxes. I am one to read reviews about somethings I am unsure of and I do trust reviews. Waited 5 and a half hours to get our taxes done then was told it was going to be about $65 to get done and ended up being $80 then tax return gets returned to their tax office failed to notify me it was there for several days and come to find out there was extra fees on my tax return I was not informed about WILL NEVER GO BACK WORST TAX PLACE

Rhonda Bonds is the best tax preparer that we have ever had. My husband and I have been a customer of Rhonda's for 5 years now. I'm so excited that she finally made the choice to branch out on her own where her talent can truly shine for what it is. We drive all the way from Springville to Boaz (about a 45 minute drive one way) every year just so she can prepare our taxes. She is as sweet and professional as they come. 5 stars all the way. Rhonda Bonds is the most educated tax accountant I know. She keeps up to date with any new rules or laws that seem to change constantly. She goes WAY ABOVE & BEYOND for us as her clients and all her other clients that I know who go to her for their tax services. She treats us with the utmost respect & dignity, more than most of our family members. She has went head to head with higher tax officials to fight for us and MANY other clients when the State of Alabama Dept of Revenue has tried to cheat us. This has been happening to us and countless others for years now!! Started back in 2012 for us & she has been with us, beside us & fighting for us ever since, the whole way!!!!
