I made an appointment for an oil change , was able to make it for the next day. Chris is amazing, he answered all my questions. They are casual and low pressure, this is the place you don’t mind to wait for an hour. Definitely recommend Ford Jim Vreeland in Buellton.

I had my 5th wheel at a nearby campground and was able to make an appointment a few days later for a 50k service on my F-350 king ranch. My service advisor ( John Brown) was amazing, he made sure my vehicle was taken in right away to make sure the work performed was done as scheduled. I really appreciated that since we were from out of town and my truck was our only transportation. Clean dealership, comfortable waiting area and I even met one of the Vreelands from the commercials. Bottom line is I had gotten to the point that I really didn't like going to the dealership in my area and this was truly a pleasant experience where I was treated as a valued customer.

Great first service on my new 20204 F250. Very polite and knowledgable service advisor as well as friendly folks in the front office. Service was reasonably priced and oil change took about an hour.

The service department is fantastic! Really great group of people. They recovered my keyless entry code very quickly! Saved me with my previously owner 2011 Mercury Grand Marquis LS that came with none of the owner cards, or trunk stickers with the factory code. Thanks!

We just bought an sub at Jim Vreeland Ford. They were worth the extra drive. Alice, our sales person and Mike who handled the paperwork, were excellent! Very knowledgeable and definitely the BEST experience buying a car I have ever had!!. They had a no pressure approach and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't know. I highly recommend getting your next car there.

Ford was great about getting us in quickly for a service and addressing an update on our vehicle tv screens. They also went above and beyond and dropped my car back off to me at my home. This was 5 star considering I have a little one at home and it’s sometimes hard to pick up and leave.
