I brought in a MacBook Pro 15 inch 2017 with a broken command key along with a replacement key that I had bought on eBay. I thought the replacement was NOT the right part since I had repaired a broken key on a 2015 MacBook Pro and this key looked so different. And, I didn't want to start taking keys off to see what they looked like as replacement of keys can be tricky.

The tech from R&R looked at the broken key and the replacement part and left to get a special tool to remove one piece of the broken key on the keyboard and put on the replacement. It took less than 10 minutes, but I couldn’t have done it as it required the tool along with the expertise to remove the piece (which at first glance seemed to break the key further).

The tech wouldn’t take any payment even though I offered. So not only was R&R knowledgeable and friendly, but very customer friendly. I will be using them for future computer issues.

I met Russel to go over the decals on my trucks. I had some but they were terrible. He designed my new logo, which rocks, and then did the vinyl decals on my trucks.
