It was a great decision to switch to Bizdog for our credit card processing via the National Glass Association. Processing fees are good, the hardware is way better than we had before, the web interface is easy to use, and customer service is fantastic. Branden personally made a visit to our office when he was passing through town. I don't recall ever having the owner of a CC processor step foot in our door. I don't think I ever even knew the owners of our previous processors. Just goes to show you the level of customer service you get from Bizdog.
