I have rented apartment at their Wade St property. Everything was perfect. Perfect location! Building is being taken great care of. Mike always responded immediately to all of my messages and emails and if there was any maintenance to be done it was scheduled promptly.

Horrible service,

I paid every month early, left the office perfect. A few days after I am out the new tenants are in. Seventeen days later and when I call they are processing my security deposit. I get you can take your time and wait the 21 days but that is bad service. Now I will never rent from a building that is represented by your company. The main lady who answers the phone is nice.

When I show up for my check to my surprise they have almost $200 in missed payments of $20 to $40 dollars going back to 1/14/16. I was never told I owed anything extra in all those months of statements. Only when it comes time to pay me my security deposit.

Just stay away from this company if you can. You have been warned. ✌️
